All of 10up’s stylists are established professionals with their own clientele, setting their own hours and prices. The stylists cover their own chair rental, phone, product line retail, and individual business liability insurance. Weekly cleaning service and on-site washer and dryer are provided. The benefit of this arrangement is the complete autonomy and flexibility each stylist enjoys, while sharing the camaraderie and warm active vibe of a big salon.
